Hello,

I do a lot of performance analyses to validate
applications for use in a Citrix farm as part
of our change process.

Does anyone know of a tool to create
Charts from the Performance log .blg or .csv files
that offers more advanced features than the standard
tool that comes with Windows server 2003 ?

This for using the results in documentation and reports etc.

One thing I a looking for is showing the baseline
and the current value of a metric in the same chart
also I like to have a timeline on the X-axes.

I know about using MS Excel, but I am looking for a more specialized
tool specific for performance analyzes from performance monitor logs.

Hi Rob --

I don't know of such a tool, but you might want to post this question in
microsoft.public.windows.server.general, as I suspect someone in that group
might be able to assist you.

From the name, this group seemed the most apropiate, But traffic is
indeed a bit low.

I will try the other group you suggested,

Thanks.

Hi Rob,

I use Unicenter to capture perfmon type of chart into a detail report and
long trend analysis of the server performance.

Let me know if this is close to what you are looking for.
